Who We Are
Watchtower is privately owned by Nick which forms part of a larger group of companies, namely Jobsite Hire and Rhinotough. Jobsite Hire deals mostly with the hire of products such as temporary fencing, portaloos and portable showers where Rhinotough is a trademarked brand for our ground protection mats.
While the company was not started by Nick, he bought it from another chap called Brendon who came up with the camera design, the electronics, hardware and how the remote system communicates with software through the cellular network so that the cameras can be monitored and you alerted when an intruder is detected.
All a very clever design really.
The company operates mainly in the Auckland area however we do travel as far as Whangarei, Hamilton, Rotorua and Tauranga at times.
What we hire out isn't unique, but the key contributing factor to the company's success is our product quality and our service. We strive to provide great service every time.

Its incredibly frustrating waiting days for a quote to come through, even more so when things are urgent. We have dedicated admin and operations staff who can get quotes through to you at very short notice. If you're happy to go ahead we often get equipment on site the same day or the following day.
